B&E boys were replacing the former Oakenhead Resource Centre, closed by Lancashire County Council in 2014, with a total of 19 homes. The Oakenhead Housing Development will be consisted of eleven 4-bedroom homes, six 3-bedroom homes, and two bungalows.
GSL successfully won the full Mechanical & Electrical package and B&E Boys benefited from one contractor offering a full service from design to installation.
Phase one of the development is underway and plots 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have been released for sale, followed by 8-11 (plot 1 will be the show house).
