Background

Connolly’s contracted with GSL to design and install a full Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Package.The project consisted of converting 2 Victorian houses in the village of Stockton Heath into 4 self-contained 2-bedroom flats.The plumbing works consisted of new central heating system with Vaillant Boilers, the plumbing package included level access walk in showers.The electrical package included full re-wires new lighting, sub mains and intruder alarms.

Results

Four 2-bedroom self-contained flats were delivered on time and more importantly on budget and have since been rented.
